PayForge is a Saudi company based in Riyadh, working across more than one business line. The live line today is school and university transport, documented in full on this site. The rest are in development, and we do not present them as ready.

About us
An operator, not a broker
We own the buses and run them ourselves. That means responsibility for vehicle condition, driver conduct and timekeeping sits with us directly and is never handed to a subcontractor. We chose this model because school transport cannot absorb divided responsibility.
We started with transport specifically because it is daily and repetitive, and the gap between a good operator and a bad one shows in the first week rather than after a year. Holding a schedule that repeats twice a day, in front of families who know the time to the minute, is the hardest operating test a company can start from.
The company is structured so each business line stands on its own numbers: its fleet, its team, its contracts. We do not fund a new line out of the margin of a running one, and we do not launch a service before it can operate on its first day.

What we work in today
School and university transport
LiveOperating buses for schools and universities in Riyadh, and for individual riders on available routes. This is the line taking contracts and registrations now.

In developmentGroup transport for sites running fixed shifts. The same operating base, but different contracts and pricing. We take enquiries and are not yet signing contracts.
Maintenance and fleet services
In developmentVehicle maintenance and fleet management for third parties, built out from our own workshop. We will not present it as a service until its capacity can absorb clients from outside the company.
How we work
Four principles we are held to
- Operate first, announce after
- We do not announce a service before the bus, the driver and the route exist. If a route is not covered, we say so plainly instead of saying soon.
- Everything is documented
- Driver file, maintenance report, trip sheet. Every commitment in the contract has a document behind it that the institution can ask to see.
- One stated price
- Pricing is set on the route, the capacity and the term, and appears in the proposal in full. No charge appears after signature.
- Complaints answered the same day
- A complaint about driver conduct or vehicle condition is opened the day it arrives, and is not closed before a written reply reaches the institution or the family.
