The project

School anduniversity transport

New buses, routes built around where students live, and drivers whose files are reviewed before any route is assigned. Available to schools, universities and individual riders inside Riyadh.

Who it serves

Three cases, three contracts

  1. Schools

An annual contract with a set number of buses and capacities. The schedule is built around assembly and dismissal times, and around the map of student districts the school provides. An attendant is mandatory on primary stage routes.

  2. Universities and colleges

Routes linking student districts to campus locations, on a schedule that shifts with the academic timetable each term. University students register themselves and need no guardian.

  3. Individual riders

A seat on an existing route, where the address falls inside the route and capacity is free. Where it does not, we tell you so rather than leaving you on an open waiting list.

How registration works

From request to first trip

  1. 01

    The request

A family or student registers through the form. An institution sends a proposal request. No documents are asked for at this step.

  2. 02

    Route matching

We match the address against available routes and calculate trip time. If the address falls outside the area or the route is full, that is what you are told.

  3. 03

    Seat and price confirmed

You receive the proposed route, the pick-up point and the full price. Your confirmation is what holds the seat.

  4. 04

    Operating starts

The seat starts with the term, or from the next working day after confirmation if you join mid-term.

Request status appears in your account once your email is verified, so there is no need to call and ask.

Safety and vetting

What we review before a driver takes a route

No route is assigned before all of these are complete. The file is renewed annually; being complete on the hiring date is not enough.

  1. Identity and residency validity

Name and number matched against the original document.

  2. Public driving licence

A valid licence in the class that permits driving a bus, not a private licence.

  3. Traffic record

Violations and accidents over the last three years are reviewed.

  4. Medical examination

Vision, hearing and fitness for professional driving.

  5. Certificate of good conduct

A condition of acceptance, renewed every year.

  6. Internal training before the first trip

Handling students, evacuation procedure, and driving the route before live operation.

At the vehicle level

  • Daily pre-departure check: tyres, belts, brakes and air conditioning.
  • Full documented maintenance before every term begins.
  • Fire extinguisher and first aid kit on every bus, inspected monthly.
  • A bus is pulled from service on any safety finding and does not run until it is repaired.

Coverage

Where we work now

Expansion follows the fleet, not the other way round. We do not open a city before its buses and drivers are in that city.

Common questions

What people actually ask

Can I follow the bus location live?

No, not at this stage. Follow-up runs through the attendance sheet recorded on every trip, and through the operations officer responsible for the route. We will not present a tracking service before it genuinely exists.

How is the pick-up point decided?

At the nearest safe stopping place to the home address, so no student crosses a main road. In compounds the point is at the gate. The point is stated in the seat confirmation before operating begins.

What happens if the bus is late?

The operations officer calls the family when a delay passes ten minutes against the fixed time. Repeated delays on one route trigger a review of the route itself, because the cause usually sits in route design rather than with the driver.

Can more than one student register from the same address?

Yes, and it is preferred, because it reduces the number of stops on the route. Registration runs from a single guardian account, with a separate file for each student inside it.

Is pricing monthly or per term?

Pricing is per academic term and is shown in full before confirmation. Joining mid-term is calculated on the remaining period. There is no registration fee and no charge that appears later.

What happens if the home address changes during the term?

Tell us from the account. If the new address falls inside an existing route with free capacity, we move the seat at no extra charge. If it falls outside, we tell you and settle the remaining period.

Who drives if the assigned driver is absent?

A relief driver from inside the company whose file is complete, who has passed the same training, and who has driven the route at least once before. We do not bring in drivers from outside the company.
